Weekly Schedule

Mondays at 8:30 am: Zumba Toning® – A fun fitness class with dance moves set to music. Use lightweight dumbbells (max 1 kg) for a full-body workout.

What to bring? dumbbells and a mat to join!

Tuesdays at 8:30 am: Zumba Fitness® – A lively cardio workout with dance moves to various rhythms. No equipment required, just bring your enthusiasm for a calorie-burning, equipment-free session!

Wednesdays at 8:30 am: Circuit Training – The circuit class integrates weight training, endurance, and mobility drills for a full-body workout targeting upper body, lower body, glutes, and abs in one hour. Participants engage in rapid-fire exercises, sculpting muscles and boosting endurance under expert guidance, leaving invigorated and accomplished.

What to bring?An exercise mat and gym gloves if you wish.

Thursdays at 8:30 am: Zumba Toning® & Glutes – Focus on glutes with a fun workout.

What to bring? 1kg dumbbells, a medium-strength glute band, and an exercise mat for a effective routine.
